Your first appointment is a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed physical therapist, not a screening. We review your history, symptoms and goals, then assess movement, strength and mobility to identify the source of your pain rather than the symptom. Hands-on treatment begins during that same visit where appropriate. You leave with a written home exercise program and a clear estimate of how many visits recovery will take.
