Loverna Abella, PT, DPT completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Montana. She is a certified Kinesiotape practitioner and is certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
Delivering quality, personalized patient care is Loverna’s priority. She strongly believes that by integrating targeted exercises and movement, patients’ pain and limitations can be alleviated and their quality of life improves. She is delighted every time she watches a patient do a task that he or she could not perform prior to physical therapy.
In her free time, Loverna enjoys reading and spending quality time with family and friends. She likes watching basketball with her husband and is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs. Running around after her young daughter, River, keeps Loverna active and fit. She also has a passion for food and loves going on gastronomic adventures. Fun fact: she loves doing Karaoke!
