in the last week
I just wanted to share this feedback for folks who are trying to make their mind figuring out a good and competent Physical Therapist.
Personally, I am very grateful to my Physical therapist, Shalmali, who, in my mind has been a miracle worker as an experienced Physical Therapist.
A few months back, my left hand shoulder mobility was impacted all of a sudden due to a left shoulder Rotator Cuff tear as well as a Frozen shoulder, and since it happened all of a sudden, it really felt like a sudden shock. Over the last few months, she has been an amazing mentor, coach and guide to the extent that I have gained a lot of my mobility and strength on my left shoulder back, and to the extent that am able to take 120 lbs of lat pulls now. It has been a gradual and steady progress, but I give a lot of credit to her strong guidance and direction in terms of the exercises to be done, and the regimen to be followed. Importantly, she is very supportive throughout the whole process and the flexibility in terms of timing to manage with my schedule in terms of late evening hours allowing me to balance my after-office hours as well as Saturday slots for the PT sessioms. Again, my intent is to share this journey to anyone struggling with similar journeys as well as the fact that Shalmali and the entire team over there has been amazing. Wishing this team the best !
