This place is garbage. The staff was nice enough. No one was rude. But that means nothing when they are running a scam operation. I visited the office in October of 2022. I did so because it was IN NETWORK for PT with a $15 copay - which I paid upon every visit. I received treatment for a back injury and the physical therapist said they also offered chiropractic services. The Chiropractor - Danielle's - office was IN the same office as the physical therapy. She was also SportsMed staff. It wasn't until MONTHS after I finished my 4 weeks of treatment that I received a bill for $1,178.40 for "chiropractic services." Despite SportsMed and their PT staff being in my network (and my insurance covering chiropractic) - their chiropractic services were not in my network - despite being under the same roof AND them telling me they were. I paid the bill over the phone. I have the receipt and bank statement. This was May of 2023. It is now August of 2024 and I just received ANOTHER bill - this time for $839.60. What's it for? "Chiropractic services." I have not been to this office since Halloween Day of 2022. I only visited the office FOUR times total. They claim my bill for those 4 visits is $3,088 and that insurance covered 1,508.40. And this most recent bill makes no mention of the nearly 1,200 dollars I've paid them (on top of the copays). Avoid this place. The people were friendly enough when I was there - but the service they offered was just fine and they are crooks when it comes to billing. They won't get another cent from me.

From the moment you enter the door, the atmosphere is so welcoming. I appreciate how obvious it is that each client is treated with respect and receives such good care. I’ve been to a few different physical therapy facilities and this by far is my favorite. The service/ staff are phenomenal I would recommend any one to go. Thanks for taking such good care of me! Also I would like to add, if you ever need acupuncture this is the place! Dr. Yeun Jin Kwon is the very best!

I was very fortunate that SportsMed Physical Therapy - West Orange was recommended to me for rehab after my rotator cuff surgery. The staff at the location is extremely welcoming. From my first visit, I have been impressed with the skill level of the Physical Therapists, especially, Josh who has taken extremely good care of me since my first session, as well as the assistants and the office staff. I could not have expected more. Josh is a first-class person and professional. I would always look forward to my sessions. Josh and the folks at SportsMed are extremely knowledgeable and personable. At all times I felt that they were truly concerned with my welfare and my progress. I was always well monitored by the staff. Josh or a staff member happily and pleasantly answered my questions regarding the therapeutic exercises. Especially outstanding was the personal treatment provided by Josh, and recently, by the in-house chiropractor, Jasmine. Each of the other professionals was extremely supportive. The office staff was always smiling, pleasant, helpful and gracious. Glendy, Jyoti, Tatianna ("T"), and, recently, Becky, were always, kind, attentive and each gave me helpful support and guidance. The driver, Almedees, that escorted me during the early stages of PT still greets me with a big smile when we see each other at the facility. This attitude was also shared by each of the client/patients that I met at the facility. The other client/patients and I would always exchange pleasant and encouraging greetings. Before PT at SportsMed - West Orange, I had little expectation that PT would be a pleasant or beneficial experience. Now, I will always remember the positive experiences that I am having at SportsMed, as well as the expert skills, kindness and positive attitudes of all of the folks that work there. Today, I feel great and am quite happy that my rehab goals have been met and surpassed.

I am so thankful and grateful that my doctor recommended this facility.. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful with scheduling appointments. They are very efficient.The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and professionally trained. The facility is clean daily and after each session with their clients, all equipment that is used is sprayed down. I like the location of the facility at 161 Main Street in West Orange. I don't want to forget the driver who is cautious, excellent driver, so prompt picking me up and dropping me back home safe after my appointment. Thank You for the delightful experience

I love SportsMed in West Orange. 🤗 They have vans that can provide transportation, and a lovely driver. Their PT docs and aides and assistants are terrific. There is a spirit of camaraderie and kindness which is very helpful in a post knee replacement environment, especially. They seem to do all kinds of PT for many different reasons, which is great. The staff are competent, knowledgeable, personable, and very good. While they schedule with you directly, they can be flexible as well. I am spending a lot of time there for my recovery, lol, so the atmosphere and the effective direction are very helpful. They offer chiropractic and acupuncture as well!Thumbs up!
