The staff at the SportsMed Riverdale location have been a life saver to me. I have ‘frozen’ shoulder and it was painful and severely limiting my ability to do simple everyday tasks like comb my hair or reach up for things. I was only able to lift my arm to about 90 degrees and no higher. Since starting therapy I have regained so much mobility in my shoulder where I don’t feel pain reaching for something in my kitchen cupboard. Roy and his team have worked with me patiently, pushing me to my limit but simultaneously keeping in mind my comfort level. The professionalism and caring displayed at Riverdale is stellar. I would recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy for whatever ails you.
