It's early in my treatment, but I find that the service by all the staff members is so good that I expect it to continue! Personable, knowledgeable, helpful... from Jade and Zoe at the front desk/on the phone, to [in order of my meeting them in person] Deepal, Chris, Samantha, Jeremy, Chris #2, Stephanie, Josh, Jayson, Tara, Rennes, and Sharon... what a great team! UPdate, after 10 sessions, and now Demaris [on the phone] at the Billing Department explained everything, understandably, on the financial side! Today I worked with Liz, who's a floater among the locations, Myra, and Oliver who are regulars in Bloomfield. They're knowledgeable and patient and very pleasant, too. Today I met and worked with Amani, and he continued their impeccable service record. And now that I went in one morning, I got good help from Parita. Best all-around customer relationship package, ever! Also, at the front desk now, are the lovely and capable Maria and Daynee!

I gave them a 2 because Dr Mila was very good and informative on my 1st visit. The low rating comes from the front desk staff. On my 2nd visit I signed in and the front desk staff had me wait over 30 minutes without even acknowledging me while they sat talked and laughed. It wasn’t a busy day, I was actually the 2nd person on the list. Another person entered the establishment made a comment I’m not signing in, walked to the treatment area chose a table and they immediately started to treat her while I sat patiently waiting to get signed in. I left and no one ever called to see what happened but charged my card that I used the 1st time for service! That’s bad business to me.!!

Chris is an exceptional leader with a great team at the Bloomfield location. Everyone was so knowledgeable and positive throughout my 15 sessions. I just finished my final session and my back feels better than it did *before* my injury. I highly recommend this location and the SportsMed network for your physical therapy needs.

It’s so hard to understand how I state very specific details about needing Chiropractic services in order to properly understand my issue and was given a physical therapy appt. Of course I don’t find out until I get there then have to wait for the possibility to see the chiropractor!! I expressed my intent several times and I guess I needed to be more specific for the receptionist.

I had such a great experience at this physical therapy clinic that I had to give it five stars. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about my recovery. The therapists were knowledgeable and personalized my treatment, helping me improve quickly. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and I actually looked forward to my sessions. Highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy!
