They were fine until I got my bill, they raised their hands and did not apply the payments I made and gave me incorrect information about what is covered by my insurance. Figure out what is covered beforehand.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Very clean, friendly staff and to top it all they really know what they are doing. I had a total knee replacement surgery, have gone to three different places but this place is by far the best place. My knee has been very stiff, after 3 sections here I started feeling relief. Worst PT ever. Would not reccomend to anyone at all. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful. I will never come back because of the lack of service and how disrespectful the therapist is. To tell someone they need a babysitter in a sarcastic tone and manner is horrible, lack of respect for the patient and lack of brain cells from a “professional”. Do not come to this place unless you want to be surrounded by incompetent nincompoops like the person who spoke to me disrespectfully.
