Ea. staff member has gone out of his/her way to ensure that I’ve reaped the benefits from every rep, every exercise, & every treatment. They’ve over-delivered by treating my outward injuries extensively!! W/o them, I wouldn’t.have progressed as far as I have.

Karlos and the PT hands-on staff were good, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place. I had met my out-of-pocket maximum with my insurance company, yet I was charged $50.00 because that is their policy. I tried to explain that I had met my out-of-pocket maximum and even had my insurance company call their billing department, who agreed with me. However, the next day when I went back for treatment, the girl at the front desk insisted that regardless of meeting my out-of-pocket maximum, they had to charge me 20%. I just walked out and never went back. The billing and front desk staff were horrible.

Thanks to Dr. Pozo and his dedicated staff, my shoulder injury has significantly improved, and I feel stronger than ever. Their commitment to patient well-being is truly exceptional. The young team assisting Dr. Pozo was equally impressive, they are always attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and progressing well with each session. I highly recommend Dr. Pozo's physical therapy services to anyone in need of expert care and support.

My knees started feeling very inflamed out of no where and my orthopedic recommended physical therapy, so my mom recommended this place. Coming here was the best decision ever! Dr. Karllo has helped me tremendously, especially with the massages on my knee/thigh. He’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel cared for. I definitely recommend!

My knees have been flaring up with inflammation causing stiffness multiple times a day. I started physical therapy with Dr Karllo and after a few weeks I started seeing improvement. Dr Karllo is very insightful and targets the source of his patients problems. The hands on staff and receptionist Jessica is amazing as well, they are always friendly. Dr Karllo and his staff give great pointers on doing to exercise correctly. I would definitely recommend Dr Karllo and his team.
