Every employee working at this facility has good customer service my therapist Scarlett is amazing she is very helpful, gentle has noble character with knowledge of her job performance good skills very professional I rate this facility on the scale 1-10 it deserves a 10 the receptionist are polite and curious the head therapist is also a beautiful person with good knowledge performance a d skills

From the moment you enter the door, the atmosphere is so welcoming. I appreciate how obvious it is that each client is treated with respect and receives such good care. I’ve been to a few different physical therapy facilities and this by far is my favorite. The service/ staff are phenomenal I would recommend any one to go. Thanks for taking such good care of me! Also I would like to add, if you ever need acupuncture this is the place! Dr. Yeun Jin Kwon is the very best!

I was very fortunate that SportsMed Physical Therapy - West Orange was recommended to me for rehab after my rotator cuff surgery. The staff at the location is extremely welcoming. From my first visit, I have been impressed with the skill level of the Physical Therapists, especially, Josh who has taken extremely good care of me since my first session, as well as the assistants and the office staff. I could not have expected more. Josh is a first-class person and professional. I would always look forward to my sessions. Josh and the folks at SportsMed are extremely knowledgeable and personable. At all times I felt that they were truly concerned with my welfare and my progress. I was always well monitored by the staff. Josh or a staff member happily and pleasantly answered my questions regarding the therapeutic exercises. Especially outstanding was the personal treatment provided by Josh, and recently, by the in-house chiropractor, Jasmine. Each of the other professionals was extremely supportive. The office staff was always smiling, pleasant, helpful and gracious. Glendy, Jyoti, Tatianna ("T"), and, recently, Becky, were always, kind, attentive and each gave me helpful support and guidance. The driver, Almedees, that escorted me during the early stages of PT still greets me with a big smile when we see each other at the facility. This attitude was also shared by each of the client/patients that I met at the facility. The other client/patients and I would always exchange pleasant and encouraging greetings. Before PT at SportsMed - West Orange, I had little expectation that PT would be a pleasant or beneficial experience. Now, I will always remember the positive experiences that I am having at SportsMed, as well as the expert skills, kindness and positive attitudes of all of the folks that work there. Today, I feel great and am quite happy that my rehab goals have been met and surpassed.
