The waiting area was comfortable, and I never had to wait long before being seen by my therapist. Speaking of therapists, I cannot praise mine enough. Allan, Allyn, Carlo, and Chris, they were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my recovery and well-being. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment plan, and tailor it to my specific needs and goals. Their expertise was evident in every session, and I felt confident in their care every step of the way. Furthermore, the entire staff at SportsMed PT in Union, from the therapists to the support staff, demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that truly sets them apart. This review is being written on behalf of my mom, who received physical therapy at this facility for seven weeks. Her experience at Sportsmed has been nothing short of outstanding and it was at her insistence that his review is written. From the onset, she felt comfortable and at ease. In particular, Allyn,.who was the primary care provider deserves a special thanks. Her attentiveness and delicate touch made a substantial contribution to my mom's progress in recovering from back surgery. We would be remiss, however, not to acknowledge the entire staff as caring, considerate, friendly, and always ready to assist. From the first session, right through to the last one , we were taken care of and supported. In sum, this facility provides top-notch care. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or seeking preventive measures, this pace is highly recommended.

Mary has been treating me is very strong and I need that. because nobody else was able to reach my troubled spots for therapy my accident caused deep tissue issues. And she is able to find them and help my relief of pain. Very satisfying

DO NOT GET TREATED HERE. This place is a complete scam. They simply tell you that they take your insurance. They do not explain co-insurance or any additional information that would help you make a more informed decision for your care. I saw that my insurance denied a claim during my first week of treatment and I immediately decided I was going to discontinue my care here. I was encouraged to speak with Vanessa in their billing department and she ensured me that they will continue to work with my insurance provider on my claims and I will not be billed. I very adamantly explained to her that I could not afford any out-of-pocket costs. I continued with my treatments, checking in with my PT periodically to ensure I would not go over the allotted sessions. My treatments started on 1/30. My last treatment was on 5/26. On 6/30. I received an email statement with a $3400 balance. No itemization. I called and of course, no one remembers my initial concerns and the conversation that took place. This is a very intentional practice. Bill everything at the end. So you have no idea what's coming and you continue your care. The same exact thing happened with my husband. They never explained the insurance company was not going to continue to cover his knee therapy because there was no progress. Instead, they continued to treat him and encourage him to schedule more sessions. He stopped going when he finally received an outrageous invoice, months after his treatments began. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM. Do not get treated here. There have to be reputable therapists in this area. This place is not it. I plan to report them to Better Business Bureau and exercise everything in my power to hold them accountable for these unethical practices.
