Dr. Gianna Paladino, PT, DPT

Clinical Director / Physical Therapist

Dr. Gianna Paladino, PT, DPT obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.

Gianna was born and raised in Bergen county, NJ. Her family’s long and complex medical history allows her to understand patient care from multiple angles, which she applies to her work every day.

Gianna began her career as SportsMed as a Physical Therapy Aide, advancing to Physical Therapist as she completed her studies.

Gianna treats patients with all manners of concerns and conditions, and she is especially interested in caring for outpatient orthopedic patients.

Gianna treats patients who are recovering from injury or illness, as well as those who have ongoing orthopedic concerns. Her favorite part of the job is seeing her patients discover new ways to move their bodies and then become more confident after treatment.

Gianna’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is educating her patients and witnessing them become more confident in moving their bodies and seeing what they are capable of.

Dr. Nart Tsay, DC

Chiropractor

Dr. Nart Tsay, DC studied at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri, and obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the Cleveland Chiropractic College also in Kansas City. He has over 20 years of experience as a chiropractor. He is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner, participates in Peer/Utilization Review, and has experience in manipulation under anesthesia and hospital protocols. His favorite part of being a chiropractor is watching patients get their lives back with the help of his care.

He specializes in spinal manipulation and also works with patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain as well as headaches, nausea/vomiting, dizziness, muscle spasms, and injuries. What he loves most about being a chiropractor is getting to see the light come on in patients’ eyes when they realize they can get their lives back after years of pain.

Dr. Nart Tsay, DC takes great care to build relationships with his patients. He knows that they can experience better health when they know what’s going on in their body and how to manage it. He takes care of athletes and those with chronic neck, back, and joint pain related to work injuries and accidents, helping them return to full mobility.

In his spare time, Dr. Tsay enjoys sports and spending time outdoors.

Joseph Tsai, L.Ac.

Acupuncturist

Joseph Tsai, L.Ac, born and raised in Taiwan, grew up in a small community rich in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture practices.

Joseph is a Board-Certified acupuncturist, licensed in both New Jersey and New York. He is trained in different acupuncture techniques, such as Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Master Tung’s Acupuncture, and Dr. Tan’s Balance Method Acupuncture.

In order to further broaden his knowledge and his skills, Joseph continually seeks opportunities to learn from distinguished acupuncture masters.

Using these acupuncture techniques, he treats various types of medical ailments and alleviates both physical and emotional pain. Joseph has had much experience treating different kinds of illnesses and conditions using acupuncture.

His goal is to provide you with the best acupuncture care possible so that you can heal naturally and quickly, while also making sure you have a positive experience getting there.

Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture is not only a part of his culture due to his background, but it is also a fundamental part of his daily living and practice today.
