The staff was excellent. The therapist did not explain the exercises well and was unnecessarily critical. She could not handle the feedback that was given to her. Place is good and if you get a different therapist it may be helpful but my experience was not good.

I have been to a number of PT clinics, and Sports Med is by far more professional, flexible, understanding and happy with their jobs. From the driver Janelle who picks me up, to the front desk, Maggie and Laura, who are always smiling and effortlessly help with your scheduling, to the therapists, Simran and Ruhbaan, who are literally a wealth of knowledge, to the aides, Dennis and Jashan, who support you step by step with all your exercises. They are a TEAM!!! They will actually cheer you on with every success. They’re all informed about your exercises, your schedule and how you’re improving or going to improve. You can ask any question and they will gladly respond or find out the answers. The facility is organized and clean. You will not regret choosing Sports Med as your place to improve and strengthen!

I enjoy going to SpotsMed Physical Therapy in New Brunswick. The employees are very friendly; and, they care about those they are helping. They know what they're doing.

The physical therapist was well-trained and very good and helpful, and the staff was also very good. And therefore are your needs.

Great place, glad my PCP recommended them. The place looks nice and clean inside.They have convenient parking in the back. Staff members always clean equipment after someone uses it. PTs and chiropractor are very attentive and professional. Overall staff is very kind and easy to interact with. They offer a variety of hours which make scheduling easier. I have really enjoyed my experience and have and will continue to recommend this place to others.
