I sent an online inquiry late one evening, and the next day, I was contacted by the super friendly staff who set me up with my initial PT appointment and verified my insurance for me. I was able to be seen just two days later for a lingering bicep tendon strain. Rodney was incredibly kind and thorough in his assessment; he used a form of deep tissue massage to the point where I was moving virtually pain free, showed me several exercises to do, complete with visuals so I could do them properly at home, and informed me that my insurance covers the additional services offered at the facility. Although he said I could likely rehab the rest at home, we made another appointment to see my progress and I plan to try out the acupuncturist as well. Can’t say enough good things about this place and my whole experience. Looking forward to getting back to my full exercise routine pain free thanks to their expertise!
