This place is exceptional! From the moment you walk in and meet the girls at the front desk until the end of your session it is an experience you will never forget.
The vibe is welcoming and warm. The staff is committed to each individual and provide care that is top notch. They listen to you and your needs and provide physical therapy as well as total support and encouragement. They are all very friendly and engage in conversation that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Parshav is absolutely incredible as well as James with their massage therapy. Keury is very sweet, professional, and always eager to help. Juliana is such a great sport and dealt with my moods three times a week and is truly an asset to this great place. She made me laugh each visit as I struggled through my exercises and therapy. She is the epitome of what a physical therapist should be, organized, structured, focused, pleasant, cheerful, and takes care of the whole patient. The facility is very big on cleanliness and is always spotless. Cleaning is done immediately after each patient. All equipment, linen, and supportive devices are always clean and fresh smelling. I cannot say enough about SPORTSMED! They have it all covered. I would never go anywhere else.
