Not happy and or satisfied with some of the service I've seen coming from the clerks, due to mixing me up with other customers of the same first name and not being told I was charged things that I wasn't directly informed about. Acupuncture and physical therapy treatment has gone well. But unfortunately, I also feel that with physical therapy, no one would discuss with me on how much time I would need for treatment so. I find that unprofessional and poorly communicated. I prefer not to come back unless its for acupuncture. I don't like being called back to come in because now I feel like they think i'm I have all this time and money to spend on them, which I don't. I've completed three full months of treatment, and the physical therapist just expects me to keep going. After 5 months of not going, they called me to come by. So I thought I'd try to make an appointment and then my doctor calls me and tells me I need to book an appointment to get a referral before I come back here. What irritates me the most was that the clerk from this office did not inform me about that sooner. That's annoying and irritating, because I don't need it that bad. But why couldn't that be said to me over the phone from this place. I do feel like all they care about is making the money off the clients that come in.
