I had a very good experience at SportsMed. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The equipment was set up and ready to use. Wait time was average on a busy day. The atmosphere was positive and the Physical Therapists were informative and helpful in figuring out the best plan for my needs. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend SportsMed to others.

The staff are very friendly and nice and the transport is a huge help however, I was most disappointed with the treatment. They don’t treat you where you are at they treat according to their average patient which was not going help me rehabilitate from my joint replacement surgery considering their patients are mostly twenty years older than me and not fit and healthy. In addition the PT aide changed the exercise instructions without clearing it with the physical therapist and kept “going easy on me” which is not helpful and not going to get me recovered / their whole approach was going to drag out my treatment for much longer than necessary. I made more progress from one session at another therapist than I did in two weeks at sports med.

My husband Justino has been amazing on how well he’s feeling since he has been going to Sports Medicine Physical therapy. You get personal attention and everyone is very helpful and supportive. Will highly recommend.

From the front desk, to the physical therapists, all of the staff is incredibly sweet. Friendly environment and amazing staff. I’ve been having severe pain from a sprain since April, and all the ladies have led me to great results in as little as 2 weeks. I’m grateful I found them and plan to continue my recovery here
