Juyun Woo, M.S., L.Ac., majored in biology during her undergraduate, and continued into studying Eastern medicine, and graduated from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine.
The idea behind combining Eastern medicine with other modalities is to improve the overall effectiveness of healing. By combining different disciplines, each practitioner is able to give a more comprehensive approach to the treatment of each patient.
And upon years of comprehensive study and practice, she has accumulated extensive experience in rheumatoid arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, gynecological issues, depression, psychological disorders, and weight loss.
Juyun is compassionate about her work, creating a safe space for clients to feel comfortable and open up. Experience and training have taught her how to combine Eastern medicine with other modalities to achieve the best results. Juyun is committed to providing the highest level of service while gaining an understanding of each patient’s unique situation.
Currently, Juyun focuses on alleviating pain deriving from muscular-skeletal pathologies, fibromyalgia, and traumatic injuries. In collaboration with other health professionals in physical therapy and chiropractic, she is dedicated to maximizing the healing process for each patient.
