“Jukwang Lee, L.Ac. completed his Bachelor of Science degree at The State University of New York at Stonybrook, majoring in health science and completing the radiologic technology program. He later obtained his Master of Science degree in Acupuncture at the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. In addition to being licensed by New Jersey State to practice acupuncture, Jukwang maintains certifications from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and the Clean Needle Technique and is CPR/BLS certified by the American Heart Association. He also has his NY/NJ radiologic technology license and is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Jukwang has over 10 years of experience as a radiologic technologist in various medical settings. As an acupuncturist, he treats patients with a variety of physical and emotional pain issues, including headaches, anxiety, stress, dental pain, Bell’s palsy, digestion issues, sciatica, sprains/strains, tennis elbow, and sports-related injuries. Jukwang applies numerous techniques to help his patients, including trigger point release, Korean Acupuncture technique, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Kiiko style, cupping therapy, auricular (ear) acupuncture, electro-acupuncture therapy, moxibustion, and gua-sha.
During his free time, enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, camping, and playing soccer. He has served in the US Air Force as a reservist for over 5 years.”
