Monica has been essential to the successful launch of Bridgeport, acting as a mentor to new Patient Coordinator Yadira Burgos, offering to do site visits and being in constant communication to offer guidance and answer any questions.
Ultimate Teammate Award: Eduardo Reyes, Physical Therapy Aide in Englewood, NJ
Eduardo willingly assisted offices within the region during staffing transitions, working during his days off & on Saturdays in order to support his teammates.
Standout Performer Award: Kathy Mateus, Office Manager in Bloomfield, NJ
Kathy has gone above & beyond to ensure the success of Bloomfield from day one. She has been focused on ensuring new patients are scheduled; they are on pace to see over 50 patients week 2 because of her efforts.

Saloni has offered her help & contributed extra hours to assist sister offices within the region, always with a positive attitude and eagerness to support her team.
Innovative Thinker Award: Lindsay Montas, Office Manager in Elizabeth, NJ
Lindsay has consistently been able to adapt repeatedly when facing unexpected coverage needs, transportation challenges, adjustments in onboarding, and managing the schedule to accommodate patients while keeping her office on target to exceed the budget.
