  • Herniated or bulging discs

2. Neck Pain

  • From poor posture, injury (like whiplash), or desk work strain

3. Headaches and Migraines

  • Especially tension headaches or those linked to neck misalignment

4. Joint Issues

  • Shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle pain

  • Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) – jaw pain or clicking

  • Arthritis-related stiffness (some chiropractors specialize in this)

5. Postural Problems

  • Forward head posture, scoliosis, rounded shoulders, tech neck

6. Sports Injuries

  • Muscle strains, joint sprains, or repetitive use injuries

7. Pregnancy-Related Pain

  • Pelvic, lower back, and sciatica pain during pregnancy

  • Webster Technique (used by some chiros to help with fetal positioning)

8. Work-Related Aches

  • Carpal tunnel, neck tension, or lower back pain from sitting too long
