“Richard Santos, PT, DPT completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Kean University, New Jersey. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA.
Richard first discovered an interest in the physical therapy profession when he was exposed to subjects like kinesiology and biomechanics during his studies. He was fascinated by how the body moves, and he found great satisfaction in being able to help people overcome their pain and limitations so they could get back to their regular daily activities.
Richard found a great interest in subjects like anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and biomechanics. He loves to integrate that knowledge together with how the patient presents to create a plan to get people back to their functional activities and duties without pain or limitations.
His love of learning has led him to stay up-to-date on the latest research in his field, as well as attend continuing education workshops and seminars in order to best serve his patients.
In his free time, Richard enjoys staying active, walking his jack russell terrier, bicycling, hiking, working out, and spending time with family.”
