Janice Lee, DC

“Dr. Janice Lee, DC graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. She then earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Phi Chi Omega from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.

Dr. Lee brings over 17 years of experience to SportsMed, taking care of pediatric to geriatric patients, improving their quality of life by providing pain relief, spinal balance, injury prevention and restoration of skeletal and muscular function. She has extensive experience treating traumatic injuries, sport-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, postural deficiency, and stress-related lower back and neck pain; however, her true passion lies in treating conditions related to cervical spine, most notably cervicogenic headache and neck/upper back pain, as she has suffered from these conditions herself after a trauma. She takes great pride in the confidence her patients have placed upon her ability to help them over the years.

Dr. Lee takes a multidisciplinary approach to wellness and works with medical doctors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. She is certified in many advanced techniques including gentle Flexion/Distraction (cervical and lumbar spine), treating scoliosis, musculoskeletal injuries, enhancing athletic performance and the management of headaches.

Dr. Lee has also taught anatomy, physiology and biology in Fairleigh Dickinson University, St. Peter’s College, and Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

When not in office, Dr. Lee can be found with her family, driving her children to their activities, and dining out with her foodie husband. She also enjoys swimming, reading, and shopping.”
