What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy treatments help you to restore the full functioning ability to your physical impairments, helping you to maintain an overall standard of health as well as preventing future deterioration. Our physical therapists can also help you to find out information of any environmental adaptations that may be required, so you know you can trust in us to provide you with a service that other clinics just can’t compete with.

Everyone has the need to function and that is why our physical therapists will work with anyone and everyone in order to try and get the best results. Of course, we are highly trained when it comes to knowing how the body works and we are always expanding our current knowledge on the subject. A common misconception however is that physical therapists can only treat those who can’t move, or those who are ill. This is simply not the case because we can also teach you how to prevent injury as well as showing you how to prevent loss of movement as well.

We have so many treatment options available and exercise is just one of them. We can also provide treatments such as ice, hot packs, electrical stimulation and even ultrasound, so there really is no limit to what we can do.
