September Success Stories
SELVA CAMPBELL was treated at SportsMed Physical Therapy of Glen Rock, NJ after her Internal Medicine Doctor referred her for her lower back pain and an unsteady gait. Selva had a lot of lower extremity weakness and was not confident in walking and carrying on with her daily life activities.
With the help of physical therapy assistant, William Araneta, Selva was able to incorporate various low back and leg exercises in her treatment plan. Important stretches, manual therapy, and physical therapy modalities have also played a vital role in her progress.
Selva also included both the chiropractic and acupuncture services we offer to speed up her recovery. She still has a few weeks left to go, but she couldn’t be any happier to entrust her road to recovery to SportsMed Physical Therapy of Glen Rock.

LILLIAN DOBLER came to SportsMed Physical Therapy of Fair Lawn, NJ after experiencing pain in her left knee after consulting with her orthopedic surgeon.
Our goal with Lillian was to eliminate her pain and keep her range of motion at 100%. With help from our Anti-Gravity Treadmill, the AlterG, along with hands on care from our physical therapy team, Lillian has now graduated from PT happy and pain free.

SHARON FRANCO came to SportsMed Physical Therapy of Fair Lawn, NJ after visiting her podiatrist for Right Achilles Tendonitis. He recommend physical therapy and Sharon choose us for her care. During her time with us, she utilized our Anti-Gravity Treadmill, the AlterG; along with a lot of hands on care by her physical therapist, Cris.
Tendonitis is a condition that can easily be helped with specialized manual therapy, where the therapist will work out the swelling and help bring fresh blood and oxygen to the inflamed tendon, to help speed up the healing process.
We are happy to see Sharon go, because she is healthy and ready to get back on her feet! Good Luck Sharon!! One of many success stories that mean the world to us.
