Krista Clarke, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Clarkson University. She has advanced her training with a number of certifications, including: the McKenzie Method (for back pain), the Maitland Approach, and Trigger Point Dry Needling (levels 1 and 2). She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), and certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OSC), a designation that less than 10% of physical therapists achieve. Krista has been a practicing physical therapist since 2010, most of which she has spent specializing in orthopedics. Krista also spent 7 years as an active duty physical therapist with the US Army, expanding her skills as a clinician, a leader, and a wellness coach. Krista feels that the most fulfilling aspect of being a physical therapist is assisting others in regaining the ability and returning to activities they love. Krista grew up in the mountains of Maine. She enjoys skiing, biking, hiking and exploring the outdoors.
