Dr. Hotaling received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology, with an emphasis in aquatic therapy, from West Virginia University. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College, where he received the Valedictorian award with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
During his time at Touro, Dr. Hotaling vigorously sought out learning opportunities, consistently analyzing literature, completing continuing education courses, achieving advanced certifications, and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Clinically, Dr. Hotaling excels in the treatment of patients encompassing the spectrum of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. He is experienced in treating patients of all ages, including athletes at the youth, college, and professional levels. By utilizing the countless interventions available in his eclectic approach, and by constantly assessing and reassessing the results of the chosen interventions, he is able to achieve superior patient outcomes.
Dr. Hotaling is passionate about bringing positive changes to the field of physical therapy, through his daily actions as a clinician, and by providing educational content to others in the field. He strives to empower patients by providing them with the tools to maintain success in the long term. In addition to his passion for physical therapy, Dr. Hotaling enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, exercising, and is an avid sports fan.
