Dr. Criselda Pineda has been practicing Physical Therapy for 19 years. She received her Bachelors degree from Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines and proceeded to attain her Doctorate degree in Dominican College in New York.
Dr. Cris, as she is fondly called by her colleagues, always displays passion at her craft. She loves to see patients improve and regain their full functional potential with Physical Therapy. She is most skillful in treating musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
She excels in manual therapy techniques that fully relieves pain and tightness of muscular issues. She likes to continually educate patients about how physical movement and exercises could defy health conditions and disease.
Dr. Cris is the type of therapist who always ensures that her patients have the knowledge needed to manage their conditions through physical movement and exercise. She believes that staying active is important for improved health, which is why she enjoys activities like riding her road bike, hiking, and traveling when she’s on her days off!
