Dr. Anna Cho, DACM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine) obtained her Doctorate in East Asian Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science (PCHS); prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts at Columbia University with a Premedical Concentration in Economics. She is certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM),and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey in acupuncture and certified in Chinese herbology. She is a faculty member at PCHS and teaches clinical techniques in acupuncture.
Dr. Cho is experienced in treating chronic pain, musculoskeletal pathologies, and traumatic injuries. She is focused on treating the whole person to address the internal or root cause of the pathology, and utilizes acupuncture to improve sleep, hormonal balance, digestive issues and metabolism. With a background also in scientific research, she is dedicated to bringing her knowledge in biosciences and Eastern medicine to maximize the improvement and well-being of her patients. She is currently pursuing a PhD to specialize in oncology to further her contributions through integrative medicine.
